We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If more than thirty calendar days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. Products must not show signs of damage caused by improper handling or misuse. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required to process any return request. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team during business hours. When reaching out, include your order number and the reason for your return request. Once approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to send the item back to us.
For eligible and approved returns, Zorveza LLC covers the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided so you can return the item safely and conveniently. We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within five to seven business days, although the exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Providing clear photos of the issue will help us resolve the matter quickly. In these situations, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures quicker processing and availability of the desired item.
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery according to this policy.
All payments on our website are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Zorveza LLC does not store or directly access your full payment card details.
